Specialist items are expensive and it can be hard to know where to start.
Not to mention that we often don't know if something will work for our family before we try it. That's where the SENsory Lending Library comes
in.
You need to be a member of JIGSAW Thornbury to use this Lending Library.

If you are already a member, you can click on "Login / Join". The Library uses the same email address and password as Charity Suite, the platform where you book places on our events and update your details. You would have been sent a link to login to Charity Suite when you joined JIGSAW as a member.
The first time you login
your account will need to be approved
which could take up to 2 working days. We will email you to confirm that you are ready to go.

Click "Browse Items" to see our categories or "Browse All Items".
Once you're browsing in a category, you can use filters to include or exclude types of items.
"Tags" are themes of an item, like the type of activity or the need it is addressing.
Know what you want? Try using the search bar at the top of the page.
Simply click the image of an item to read more about it. If the item you want is available, click "Add To Basket".
You can borrow a maximum of 5 items at the moment. This will increase as more of our items become available - we are gradually adding stock.
Click on "Basket" in the top-right corner of the page and click "Checkout".
Select a time slot to collect and to return the item(s). You can borrow from 1 week up to a maxium of 4 weeks - we aren't set up for long-term loans.
You then have the option to pay online by clicking "Pay Invoice". This will redirect you to pay by card.
If you want to pay by cash when you collect your item(s), you do not need to click "Pay Invoice".
Step 5: Pick up and drop off
We will email you confirmation of your booking and any payment you made.
Come and grab your item(s) within the time slot you chose. If you chose to pay at pick up, please be aware that we will need payment before we can lend you an item.
Finally, you and your family can enjoy!
You will get an email reminder letting you know when it is almost time to bring an item back. If you're having any problems, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to avoid late fees.
